Please download and fill in a registration form for each child attending, this will be kept on file for 2010, so subsequent bookings do not have to be accompanied by another registration form this year.
Download a booking form for each child and select the required sessions using the drop down menus, all day, am, am plus or pm. The form automatically calculates the fees.
You will receive an e-mail advising whether the places you have requested are available and confirming the fees. You will also receive Just for Fun bank details and a reference number to use with your internet payment. Once payment has been received by Just for Fun, your places will be confirmed by email.

Print out a separate booking and registration form for each child and fill in the required sessions using, Full Day (8.30am – 5.30pm), AM Only (8.30am - 12.30pm), AM Plus (8.30am – 1.30pm) or PM Only (1.30pm – 5.30pm)
Post completed forms with payment to JUST FOR FUN, 23 The Drive, Northwood, Middlesex. HA6 1HW
