After School Club is open from 3.15 - 5.45pm Monday - Friday. Infant children are collected from their classrooms, junior children make their own way to the annexe. All the children sit together for tea which can include; sandwiches, sausages, crumpets, pasta, beans, spaghetti and a variety of seasonal fruit. Dietary requirements are always respected.

The children are then encouraged to play outside, weather permitting. At around 4.30p.m the days designated activity begins:

Monday
Homework, followed by choosing their own activity.

Tuesday
Art club, where we concentrate on a given project, which the children help to plan, using a variety of media.

Wednesday
Cool Cookery, the children are introduced to the joys of food preparation focussing on healthy options.

Thursday
Homework, followed by choosing again

Friday
Totally un-planned end of the week. The children choose the activities on the day.

We have a wide range of toys and play equipment; snooker, table football, den making, puzzles, board & card games, books, dressing up, construction toys, cars, puppets, home corner etc. There is always colouring and cutting and sticking available every day.

Outdoor play is supported by a range of equipment including, footballs, basket balls, skipping ropes, french skipping ropes, tennis rackets, small balls, outdoor badminton, cones etc.
